These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Warehouse Inventory ("Warehouse Inventory", "we", "us") for your use of the Warehouse Inventory iPhone app and website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a company, you agree on behalf of that company.
1. The Service
Warehouse Inventory helps service businesses track inventory: a master list of items, client locations, check-ins and check-outs, team access and history. We may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
- The person who creates a company is its owner. The owner controls the company account, invites Management and Staff, and decides which clients each person can access.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create a company account.
3. Subscription, free trial and billing
- Warehouse Inventory Pro costs $49.99 per month (or the local price shown in the App Store) and includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
- Only the company owner subscribes. Team members invited by the owner use the Service at no extra charge while the owner's subscription is active.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you started one.
- The subscription renews automatically each month unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Payments are handled by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If the subscription ends, the owner and team lose access to the Service until it is renewed. Your company's data is kept for a reasonable time so you can pick up where you left off.
- We may change the price. We will give notice in advance, and a new price applies only from your next renewal after the notice.
4. Your data
- You own the information you and your team put into the Service, such as items, photos, clients and history ("Your Data").
- You give us permission to store, process and display Your Data only as needed to provide the Service to you and your team.
- You are responsible for having the right to add the information you enter, including client names, addresses, phone numbers and gate codes, and for using it lawfully.
- How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything illegal, or to store information you have no right to hold;
- try to access another company's data, or get around security or access controls;
- copy, resell, reverse engineer or interfere with the Service;
- share your login with people who have not been invited to your company.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
6. Inventory records are your responsibility
Warehouse Inventory is a record-keeping tool. The counts, locations and history it shows depend on what you and your team enter. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged equipment, or for decisions made based on the records in the app.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service running, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted. We may carry out maintenance or updates that briefly affect access.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Warehouse Inventory will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or equipment. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Ending your account
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your company's data by emailing us. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if required by law.
11. Apple
- These Terms are between you and Warehouse Inventory only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to meet any warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
- Apple is not responsible for any claims about the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims.
- If anyone claims the app infringes their intellectual property, Warehouse Inventory, not Apple, is responsible for dealing with that claim.
- You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and we will tell you in the app or by email about significant changes. Using the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
