Warehouse InventoryWarehouse Inventory ("Warehouse Inventory", "we", "us") makes the Warehouse Inventory iPhone app. This policy explains what information the app collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, password (stored securely by our sign-in provider, never visible to us), display name and optional profile photo.
- Company information you enter: your company name, inventory items (names, SKUs, quantities, categories, notes and photos), client locations (names, addresses, contact names, phone numbers, emails, gate codes and instructions), and the history of items checked in and out.
- Team information: email addresses of people you invite, their roles and which clients they can access.
- Photos: only the photos you choose to take or pick for items or your profile. The app asks for camera and photo library permission only for this.
- Subscription status: whether your company has an active subscription. Payments are handled entirely by Apple; we never see or store your card details.
How we use information
- To run the app: sign you in, store and show your company's inventory, clients and history, and let your team work together.
- To control access: show each team member only the clients assigned to them.
- To manage your subscription and free trial.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
We do not sell your information, show ads, or use your information to track you across other apps or websites.
Who we share information with
We use trusted service providers only to operate the app:
- Google Firebase (sign-in, database and photo storage).
- RevenueCat and Apple (subscriptions and purchase verification).
Information inside your company is visible to the members of your company according to their role. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep information
We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete items, clients or team members in the app, they are removed from our database; check-in and check-out history is kept as a permanent record for your company until the company account is deleted.
Your choices and rights
- You can edit your name, photo, email and password on the Profile screen.
- You can ask us to delete your account and your company's data by emailing us (see below). We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days.
- You can cancel your subscription anytime in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information. Contact us to make a request.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with Google Firebase. Each company's data is kept separate, and access is limited by security rules. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Warehouse Inventory is a business tool and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced in the app or by email.
